Vodabucks, a load of buck!

I ordered a product with my Vodabucks over two months ago. I was even called to verify the delivery address. I then got a sms saying the product was back with vodabucks. I called them, they could not help me. I called 082135, Vodacom's support and the operator gave me a number to call, which turned out to be tje number you call to keep your old number. There is just no way to contact these people. I have not received any credit. I got a message that I will loose Vodabucks if I do not use it and after ordering, I still lost it. Is Vodabucks just a ****? It's a pity, that Vodacom, who is a great company, uses a service that is like having a donkey in the July.
