Vodabucks

I am a loyal customer ,buying airtime and data and was reluctant to play the game ,my whole family got involved with my wife and children shaking my phone like crazy ,my vodabucks which I have earned diligently banking ,disappeared when I only needed one puzzle on each of the 8 prizes listed while buying 5 vodabucks to play with same puzzles pieces given several times ,I'm in distraught and dismayed ....still hoping to win though unless it is a **** of some sort, I forgive them for playing us the fool ,thanks
