Vodabucks

Their vodabucks app is failing everytime. They offer these bundles and everytime i try to buy it for my dad, the transaction is unsucesfull. The offer disappear from the lust of bundles which neans I cannot try again. Previously I decided to take the time and reporr the issue. After spending more then half an hour on the phone with them, all they coukd tell me is that the offer will be available on the app again after 24hrs. My dad is in the hospital today not tomorrow. Previously I try to use the online reporting system and the wapp but it does not have the options report vodabuck bundles issues. 1 gig 7days is the bundle I try to buy earlier with no success. My dad just wanted update on springbok game, but ya trust vodacom.

I alsi reported about a week ago certain important calls not coming through on my phone,but got sms I missed the call. When spending more then 30minutes on the call, women at customer care could not explain why i can see missed calls on certain numbers and others not, so i demand a more superior to explain it. There was not any available, so I demanded to rather hold until they are available as previous experience they dud promise me a call back, without any success. But again they promise to phone me back same day, but I made them confirm the query in black and white by email. As expected got the enail, but never the call. Tgey are worthless and call centre
