Vodabuck sucks
Once again I'm back regarding my Vodabucks earned. A Vodacom consultant called me on Monday 01/06/20 and informed me that I can claim a pair of sunglasses that I have "purchased" from the Vodabuck shop. Strange as it may seem, I wear multifocal spectacles all the time and do not understand my own reason for ordering something that I don't require or wear since I am virtually blind when not wearing spectacles. To cut a long story short. This supposed purchase of the sunglasses is somehow not on record after I had spoken to a Vodacom consultant today 03/06/20 around 11h45. Pityful is all I can say about Vodacom promotions. I have not received any reference number from Vodacom.
