How do I actually get through speaking to a consultant. I've dailled the 135 number numerous times and selected all the options available hoping to get through...all in vain. The only thing I seem to get right is speaking to their BOT Tobi. I don't wanna speak to no damn robot. When I send my concerns this thing tells me it don't understand or whatever the hell it is. This is hella frustrating. How do I get through to a consultant please?
