Voda-useless

Dear Vodacom After 100s of requests and call centre run arounds I have been blocked from calling the call centre due to *****ulent activities. Most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard. For more than e year now reception in my area is more off than on. Im paying for a service I am not getting Pointless going to the branch I took the sim only deal from because the manger there couldnt be bothered. Vodacom do you realise that a cellphone without a network is nothing but an expensive brick??? You wont let me cancel my contract and I am getting the ombudsman involved. You sold me the contract knowing that that area is problematic. That is *****!!

If you live anywhere in the Western Cape,especially Stilbay,Jongensfontein area DO NOT GET A VODACOM CONTRACT. Its of no use.
