Voda store Order not delivered

Voda store had a Black Friday sale online and I bought a power bank and wireless earphones on 26 November 2023. It’s been a full month since I made the purchase and I still haven’t received my order. I am being sent from pillar to post when making enquiries. Worse you can’t even track the order. This is the worst purchase. Vodacom is a **** and provides bad service. Even their customer care stuff aren’t trained well and can’t give you answers. Never ever buy from the Vodastore
