I app**** for a contract at Vodacom Fourways with Denise. All went well with her service until after delivery of the goods.<br> <br> She did go the extra mile to deliver goods at my home seeing that we luve in the same complex.<br> <br> Problem is upon delivery she never explained to me that I am liable for R105. She also never explained the terms and conditions as well as how debit orders etc will work she just asked me to sign. Upon questioning if she is FICA and FAIS compliant I received quite a rude and arrogant mail from her.<br> <br> Until today she has never sent me copies of the contract I signed and also no proof of her compliance like I asked her.<br> <br> Furthermore there was a Debit order that went down for R260 which I never authorized and also never agreed to as the payment terms was not explained to me. According to the CPA as well as the law this is ********** activity. Also I am on the verge of making a complaint of ***** against Vodacom.<br> <br>
