Voda Repairs Centurion ****s

Vodacom repairs centre Centurion, what a nightmare. Took my device in for repairs in Dec 24, waited for a month only to be told my device was not fixed and rejected because apparently i did not accept the quote. I enquired who called me and verified this and was told they are not sure, soo no one was held accountable. So the device was returned to me even though it was not repaired whilst it was insured. Fast forward to May 2025, i then had to take in the device for repairs again for another issue other than the initial repair, im told today my device will not be repaired, i will however be given a replacement device that is not of the same market value as my initial device. This is basically a new iphone 12 that replaces the one i bought in 2023. Basically the same device even though the 12 mini is not worth the 17k in market value which i was being made to pay for on insurance now. The quote the store gave to insurance says they are charging me for repairs even though they are not repairing my original device, they are simply replacing it with either a demo or a new 2023 iphone 12, sounds fishy. Stay away from these ****mers
