Voda-"No Coms"

<p>It seems no-one at Vodacom knows how to check their own query reference numbers and actually deal with problems. Perhaps communications is not really their thing. There is NO SERVICE only charges and missing data. I do not consider Vodacom to be a 'Service Provider' only a "non-service" charger!</p> <p>Vodacom if you read this can you please tell me why my reference number logged on Saturday 13th August is not not responded to: Ref no ********** 31862. And please tell me where my 2GBs have gone.</p> <p>I await your answer. Trying to contact through you through all the Vodacom avenues gets me nowhere!</p>
