Voda Nightmare
I've upgraded two lines at the end of September 2023. A week later I followed up on progress and only 1 line was upgraded. I immediately cancelled the upgrade that was done. This cancellation was done within the prescribed grace in the first week of October 2023. I've lost the phone I was using and has been trying to black list the handset since 1 November 2023. Blacklisting could not be done as the upgrade has still not been cancelled. As of today, 8 December 2023, nothing has changed and it is now two months later. Worst service I've ever experienced.

12 Dec 2023, 14:05I was contacted by a consultant yesterday, needless to say I had to explain everything again just to be told that the upgrade was not cancelled and he would investigate and phone me back. Well I am still waiting for the call back??? Was again told today by the VSP Blacklisting that they cannot help me after I was referred to them by Vodacom Customer Care.
