What is happening to the world? I got a two-year contract with Vodacom for R299.00 per month. I was paying for close to a year now and all of a sudden I get informed by Vodacom my new instalment will be R308.00 per month. After I inquired regarding this I get told it id due to Covid 19 that Vodacom just decided that I will now be paying R308 per month. LOL, so you as a company just changed the terms and conditions of a contract as you like.

17 May 2022, 14:23So why do you sign a contract if Vodacom can change it as they want? This is the first time ever that I signed a cell contract that increased over the three years. I would like the settlement amount on the handset as I never used the Simcard Like I was misled by Vodacom into believing I can port my number that was also not the case after I signed the contract!!! Nobody came back to me regarding my settlement amount. Oh, and can you also please supply me with the signed contract where I agreed to thees terms You want to tell me now about?
