Voda fibre

Vodacom fibre contacted me, did not place an order for fibre installation but the agent recommended an open order that is not activated to fix at certain price. Thus will only become an actual order once i call for order. But because voda agent was dishonest and misleading he immediately try to get rooter etc delivered which i refuse to receive. Now i have done a formal cancelation which i feel not my job. To get this so called order cancelled basically impossible. Firstly the courier company has been harassing me and now voda has also starting with emails etc. If i phone (done several times) then its still in process and not done. But i get told everytime i will stop getting requests to deliver. I do not know what to do any longer. I jave been **** to and mislead. If voda fibre reads this, my cancelation code is SR***.
