Voda customer service sux

Hi there

Must i threaten to cancel my contract before someone listens. How many vodacom people promised to call back..at least 10. 1 person called me back. Finally i get thru to insurance and they say they a new company they cant back date canellation but if i owed money tbey would collect and yet im still bei g deducted for insurance. Voda cust service used to be great but now its gone down the dumps.
