Voda ****** and lies

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very angry with regards to my contract that has been in arrears and when i have been to more than 5 Vodacom shops to enquire about this.</p> <p>When they call the accounts department they say im not in arrears.</p> <p>my number is ********** 357 email ********** <p>I have not been able to do a sim swop as i lost my phone, i went the next day to get a new sim and reactivat the account. I have been dealing with this since March as the account was taken over into my name.</p> <p>Billing has not been taken off my account nor the previous one!!I have had no communication that there has been a issue until i tried doing a sim swop today at Cresta branch. 14/05/2017.</p> <p>i want to be contacted via mail regarding this as i have no way over using my spare phone as they cannot proccess the sim swop as it is in arrears, further more i have been paying R1800 since i opened the contract and the orignial contract stated it would be R500.I have fought with Vodacom on this and no one can assist i pay for a service i dont even get.(that is ****************) I am very annoyed about this and want something done about this asap!!!!!!If not i shall be going to my Lawyers about this and this will turn into a big problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i call the call centre they cannot help me nor if i go into the store about this!!!I have always been with vodacom and never have missed a payment, and i get this **** service, this is not service this is **** and i want something done about this and contact me and do a full audit on my account and want a full report!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Come on Vodacom this is not on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
