Voda Buks Rewards

I am suppose to be a valued client of vodacom.. And when ever i get calls from vodacom to offer me products i am told that i have a premium platinum status with them and they value my business. That's all well and great.. The question is when will vodacom give back to its customer? I understand that a competition is a competition however i have 5 puzzles whixh only need 1 more puzzle piece before it expires to win the prize and when ever i shake for me reward i get told sorry you already for this piece.. Is this fair?
