Voda bucks store no tracking number
I recently purchased 2 tablets from the voda bucks store. It has been almost a week and no response from anyone. I have contacted customer care only to be advised to send an email to ***. I cannot call or confirm the status of my order
Automated reference number generated but still no reply, response or call from Vodacom.
This is very frustrating when you spend money but cannot follow up on your order status.
Clearly not the type of customer service long standing customers expect.

Online they advertise as 5-7 days delivery but no order details or tracking number has been provided. Call centre staff advised that they cannot assist with Online purchases.
Worst online shopping experience of my life.

Items were delivered today on working Day #7, no tracking number for Ram or a call to see if I will be at the delivery address, just a call from the driver Mr ... I am outside to deliver from Vodacom. Experience is somewhat new to order an item and not receive any tracking details. Some items go for around R20K on the vodacom store. I cant imagine purchasing an item for that amount and having to stress if the order has been processed, has it been released from head office, when will it finally arrive. Some detailed tracking of orders will be awesome as is done with WISH, eBay AMAZON etc... Finally item received I am happy and can finally not stress and relax as the order has been fulfilled.
