Voda bucks issue

Once again I'm having issues with vodacom and their Voda bucks competition. I exchanged my points for two items today and once you have completed this they say you will get an sms to confirm, but till now I have not received any confirmation but they deduct the points.

I need confirmation of my purchases so I may track them. This is very silly for a company that specializes and voice sms and data

I have still not received any feedback on my complaint. If I do not hear from you I will be emailing your CEO AND CIO.
