Voda bucks department unhelpful - line dropped by Sello Mathe

Called the call centre and got transferred to the voda bucks department, a guy by the name Sello Mathe just literally dropped the call while trying to explain our issue. I loaded a R100.00 onto my account but did not receive my voda bucks. Can someone please assist and deal with the unprofessionalism of Sello Mathe who by dropped the call on me. I want my voda bucks since the shake up promo is ending on 08/02/21.
