Voda bucks

Vodacom claims they are not vodapay but to go to Vodacom app u via vodapa. M concerned about voda bucks they promise but never received. After speaking with an agent she logged a call but after a day I got sms saying my ticket service is closed. Unresolved and no reason given as to why and still no voda bucks. The said part is u can't call them because if u call vodacom u can't be helped they just say use tobi and yes tobi gives opportunity to speak with agent so today I was given Tshepo Mathebula and I tried him he never responded till I decided to drop it.
