I wrote a review for Vodacom due to the pathetic service I had received.

I did receive a call from the team who did nothing to assist but said they will call me back... Lol why bother to contact me when you could not assist WORST part - the representative takes my details and breaches customer details My phone number was taken and I was messaged on WhatsAppp

I will now be moving on to another service provider. Absolutely useless. My friends, family and colleagues will hear of this!
