I was forced to give them 1 star when you want to buy a phone they are all over it when you want to cancel - there is not anybody to speak to - all are too busy !! no emails actually work if you manage to get hold of someone, you can cancel but then 4 months later they have put you back on ............. I had a death in my company and cancelled with death certificate and letters - a few months later i was being charged again - I can't even begin on the other issues.
