Vocadom denying me proof of purchase, now apple cant unblock my phone !!!

So igot a device on contract, paid it off. Now i am strugling to activate it after a while and APple wants proof of purchase, vodacom says they cant give me paid up letter becuase i have to go find the order number of the day i ordered this thing? YOu guys are becoming traitors of sort, this is my second issue in two weeks and no solutions. Now it means i am sitting with a ****** device because they dont wanna help me. They sent statements which we now cant open in 2023 as a .efa format, and they dont want to help me open those statements to access my account information , PATHETIC !!!!
