Vocacom service is non existant

On 5 January I wrote a complaint on Hellopeter regarding the cancellation of a vodacom contract - that was after many attempts at cancelling the contract telephonically. The cancellation attempts started in May 2023. A very helpful lady from Vodacom contacted me, she said the contract had been cancelled. Vodacom even rep**** on Hellopeter on 8 January saying the contract had been cancelled with immediate effect. Well lo and behold, the contract money was deducted again at the end of January. Really Vodacom - this is unacceptable!!!!! When do you get to speak to a person and not a computer?????????????????????????
