Vocacom repair centre
I gave a Samsung watch active 2 for repairs (water log)( under warrenty ) on 09.12.21. after much deliberation it was decided to fix the watch at no cost. Case number ***6. My watch was repaired and received it on 07.02.22. On 27 May 2022 the watch had no power. i hander it at Cellucity Tygervalley (CT) for repairs, CT sent it to Vodacom canal walk repair centre ( service mamager Roshay ) On 06.06.22 i received a notification that the watch is not under warrinty because of waterlog again ( because of my previous experience i never had the watch close to water ) only my sweat on my arm. since then i am stuggling to get finality on the case. Canal Walk later said i must contact Vodacom head office (ARC- the device is there). Funny that Vodacom head office or ARC does not know what i was talking about. I cannot understand the lack of customer service in this case. Every role player in this case is clueless. i still have no clarity on this case. i have been a customer at Vodacom since i first took out a contact phone over more than 12 years ago and this is the way Vodacom is treating me... with total disrespect. Every time there is a problem the same treatment - no customer service and they are not trying to improve. The repair centre staff's lunch time is more important than the customer, so many promises but no action.
