VLive, ******** deductions from Account and debit orders, impossible to cancel

I never subscribed to VLIVE subscription and I can not cancel Vlive subscription.

I need all the amounts refunded to me immediately. This is *******, how can I have subscribe to a Vlive services for a Data sim
