VLIVE Subscription against my number

I have this VLIVE subscription *****ing my airtime on a daily basis, and I am extremely unhappy with Vodacom for a number of reasons:

1. they allowed this subscription on my number which I never signed up for 2. their itemised billing for pay as you go on their web site is broken, so I couldn't even find out why this was happening without calling their call centre 3. their STOP ALL WASP subscriptions did not work for this, as apparently this is not a WASP but something new, so the WASP sms just said I'm not subscribed to any services, which made me assume there was nothing wrong 4. their call centre lady said this has to be assigned to a Vodacom Engineer to get it removed, how pathetic! 5. I asked for a reference number, and I did not get one for the call

This is absolutely pathetic, and even after contacting the call centre I am still having airtime ******, and no reference number.
