Virus Files being downloaded

I recieved a call from Aurthur Jaantjies and he provided me with 1 GIG of Data on my *** number to use and monitor and advised that the logs from my previous complaint is not available as that happened in January 2014 . Do companies not keep this as I think according to ICASA it should be kept for 3 or 2 years I think .On the 6th February 2015 I found a file downloaded on my Apple AirBook called wet7xp_x64.exe . This was not done by me as I know Windows software will not run on Macintosh . Could the usage logs please be provided to me so I can check as to which source it was used to download the mentioned file . The device which Im using is the VodafoneMobileWiFi -ZTE700 .
