Vipul going the extra mile for customer Service

Hi, firstly this compliment is for Vipul VIdya more than for Vodacom. We have battled with so many people including some senior management at Vodacom and no one was willing to listen to the customer no one willing to go the extra mile, yet Vipul Vaidya took the time out to understand the root cause of all the issues we had with the lady who incorrectly provided us with Vodacom contracts. He listened understood and provided the solution that really assisted me. I wanted to thank him for his outstanding service, great attitude and for his drive for customers satisfaction.
