VIP RED Customer Window Dressing

Dear Reader,
On Tuesday the 31st March I went into the Vodacom4U store at Woodland Boulevard in Pretoria. I travelled to the USA where my sim card was ****** and I needed a replacement. After explaining the situation to Kabelo Mathlala he still went ahead and issued me with a new sim card and when I informed him that this is not what I needed but a Sim swop instead, he verbally expressed his annoyance and started and argument with me about my requirements in the store. He furthermore proceeded to converse in an African language to some of the other employees which I could not understand and clicking his tongue. I am also due for an upgrade and as a VIP RED customer I expected more. His behaviour was unprofessional and insulting and therefore I will NOT renew my contract with Vodacom and rather wait for it to run out at the end of May. I understand that I am one of millions of customers and that this complaint will not make a difference but at least I can warn you to avoid Vodacom4U at Woodland Boulevard in Pretoria East.

Regards,

Michael Viljoen
