VIP Lifestyle Rewards Not Working

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Vodacom's customer support regarding my ongoing issue. While I had a positive experience at the branch I visited, the dedicated call support team has been consistently unhelpful. For over a month now, I have been trying to access the VIP Lifestyle Rewards that Vodacom offers, including my free monthly Kauai voucher. However, due to a system issue, my number is in a state of validation, and I have been instructed to contact their support team to resolve this. I've made numerous calls on different days, spending hours on hold, only to be met with no solution. It's extremely frustrating to have a contract that promises rewards but being unable to access them due to inefficiencies in customer support. I hope this issue can be resolved soon. Until then, I cannot recommend Vodacom's service based on my experience.
