violation of privacy

A month ago i started to get threatening sms'es on my private and work phone.The person sends 39 sms'es a day on each phone.I contacted Vodacom but they cannot help me so i went to a contact to get the no traced but the number is not ricad.SAP says its difficult ja.One month later the smses keeps on coming and Vodacom still cant help.my question is that i can send smses to anyone and nobody can block my no so i can send what i want to who i want and will never get caught.<br> Vodacom i need your help please i know you have private investigators who deals with situations like this
