At the beginning of September I sent my Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet in to have the screen repaired at Vodacare in Gateway. This was all done as an insurance claim as I have taken out insurance with Vodacom. About 2 weeks later I was told the device had been repaired and that I could come and collect it. Upon collection I noticed that your repairs team had badly damaged the housing of the device and melted the trim around the screen so I requested that the device be sent back and repaired properly. When this repair was completed I collected the device and paid the excess that was due. That night I noticed that the micro-sd card slot had been damaged and i was unable to insert a memory card into the device. The next day I took the device back to Vodacare and booked it in for the third time. After some time I had not heard from the repair center so I called them and was told that the device was beyond repair. SIX MONTHS LATER!! For over a month now I have been trying to get in touch with Porsche as I have been informed that she will be able to replace the device. It has been 6 months now and I still do not have a device. Nobody from Vodacom can give me any contact details for Porsche.
