Violated by vodacom

<p>2***had 2yr contract with vc 27 aug 2014 paying 199, monthly for two blackberries cos ddnt need their sim card my fee was the same for two yrs...cancelled the contract consultant told me will be cancelled on d7th of sep 2014.....16sep 2014 sum of 463 was deducted...16 oct 14 R7569 i foned vc and told me on the 7th sep 2014 i ve upgraded the contract and 3g laptop was delivered on my adress which iddnt received and ddnt upgrade I reversed the oct money..affidavit was faxed to dem...went to umhlanga gateway spoke to UBanzi and yuveer supervisor wthout help after 2mnths guy from legal acc foned and yold me i dnt owe dem they ve investigated ..then i requested my refund of 463 he said it cancellation fee...to my suprise 2016 received calls,emails,messages that my said'account'had been hand over to dem cos of vodacom...why vc is *****ing me..dont have strength for this guys ....see attached</p>
