Vincent at Trade route mall is a star
This five star review is for a gentleman by the name of Vincent at the Trade route Vodacom 4u branch. All I can say is 'wow'! After my horrible experience at other branches, Vincent was a breath of fresh air. He not only loves his job but is a passionate person who also managed to upsell a product I had not been interested in before. Promote guys like him who take customer experience serious!
