Vile vodacom

<p>Have been a client for many years. Have a monthly debit order. First time today I get an SMS to say my account is in arrears!!!!!!!!! When speaking to the operator on the customer care line, it's like speaking to a robot. No joy at all but, on a more serious matter, we were called and offered a portable ****le. When it arrived, it was most definitely not what we had discussed so I called them back and on January 21 of this year they sent the courier service to collect the product which was incorrectly explained and sold to me. I signed all documentation and thought that was the end of that. Not quite! I have been charged every month for this item and no amount of phone calls will help. Each person I speak to promises to refund the money but, not happening. Finally today a supervisor by the name of Deacon says he can see all the reference numbers but all enquiries are cancelled as I have not produced any documents!!!!! Firstly, the onus should not be on me to prove anything. He wants me to submit a copy of the courier form I signed??????? If not, I must provide a hem with an affidavit from the police duly notarized!! This is insane. What do I do????? Very frustrated. They owe me money but want to cut off my service?... Thanks. This is not helpful. How many people do I need to speak to? Just refund my money ASAP and let me know what todo re debit order. A consult phoned a few minutes ago. The call was disconnected and there has been no further contact.
