Videoplay Unauthorized subscription
The complaint is on behalf of my father, he has been subscribed to Videoplay which he never requested. The *135*997# option is showing that he has not subscribed to any services yet he is being charged R5 a month. This review will be updated if he gets the assistance he needs, he's a pensioner and can't afford to lose R35 a week for something he never uses!
