Video ticket ****
Im requesting fir a refund, i bought a video ticket and it's not working since morning, its still on 1gb. I send messages to both the Twitter and fb vodacom to assist with no feedback. The ticket is expiring midnight and its still not working, all im asking for is my money since ur service is nit useful
