Video ticket data
I have been experiencing the same problem with Vodacom video ticket for a while now. But the story gets interesting, allow me to amuse you. Bought a Video Tickect on the 4th at 17:02(something I do almost daily even though it only works perfectly 70% of the time) it worked on an off until around 8, called call centre of which my call was dropped 2 times after explaining the issue as I assume nobody wants to deal with me anymore and the feeling is mutual. Finally the 3rd person gave me the same instructions that I've already tried but I obliged. However it did not work, I was told I was going to be refunded my R8 as I had 742mb left. Called on the 5th to enquire about the refund, was told to wait for an hour. Called after 3 hours, and here is the response " sorry you have exceeded your refund limit and there is nothing we can do" hahaha I wish it was that funny so that I can laugh. This is where I need clarity, since I have a limit of refunds please assist me with the following:
What happens now to my 742mb of data, is it tough luck for me or good luck for Vodacom? What is my recharge limit, have I exceeded it or not? Why are you throttling the video data use?
So what is the way forward now since I cannot be refunded if something goes wrong, should I pause my purchases (by the way I already bought the video ticket twice since then)
You know the last time I complained about my unallocated data that I purchased, I didn't even get the automated apology message.
I would prefer a phone call as a response.
