Vidacom offers the worst customer service

Still bad service received after complaining on this platform. Yes they called me back but were not helpful at all. Instead they were too busy to tell me what to do without grying to understand my issue and frustration with. I honestly will not recommend this service provider to any of my friends, family as well as colleagues. They certainly don't have the customer's interest at heart. I truly don't know why i went back to them after the was a ********** transaction of R17k on my account which they gey failed to prevent. Attending to that issue was also painful task from my side as they were not empathetic at all but instead expected me to call them back every chance for a follow up. I ask again, would you want to do business with a company like that?! I'm really appalled by their service
