Vidacom makes it impossible to cancel!!! It is a clever kind of *****!
It is impossible to cancel a contract with vodacom and get your number converted to pre paid. Phoned for a month now EVERY day to try to cancel my Vodacom contract and convert my sel no to prepaid. Even went to a Vodacom shop. They cannot help me or cancel a contract, I cannot send an email to cancel. The ONLY way to cancel is to phone and it is impossible to get help on the no Vodacom provides for cancellations. Reason for cancellation is the that vodacom changed the plan that I had a contract with them to one that costs 2x as much without my permission or knowledge and I cannot get hold of ANYBODY that can rectify this. It is *****!!!
