Victim Vodacom

This has been a shocking customer service experience. Went into Vodacom at Clearwater and got advised to call the call centre due to Covid we cannot do it from the Branch. The call centre of upgrades and cancellations where I am beyond dissatisfied with my experience. On the 1 September 2020 went into Clearwater Vodacom to cancel my contract where I was told it was upgraded. Then I got told that migration and upgrades are the same which took place on 30 November 2019. How can a person get an upgrade when the phone stays the same and the package gets worse than before. Hello !!! It is a migration people !!! To add on to everything got told I need to call the call centre, so after calling *** (****a Shop Service is much better by the way) on numerous occasions being promised that my contract will be migrated and cancelled after sending an email getting with the reference being *** still no prevail. To add on my sisters contract got cancelled by accident and not my number, but she is glad to leave it cancelled as we experiencing even worse serve that caused us to both leave MTN originally. Been with Vodacom for over 10 years having multiply contracts and now I have had enough. This has been beyond a September slump where I even had Joselyn Pillay promise it will be resolved and begging me not to complain because she is afraid of getting fired. Vodacom has lost its care for people which is now evident in staff making fearful decisions, terrible mistakes and not having the freedom to take ownership in the benefits of their clients. My last call was the worst as the staff member was rude when I was trying to be friendly and not lose my temper hence why I am doing this on HelloPeter. Secondly having a supervisor shout lies and not being muted took the cake. Thanks for displaying poor integrity with poor customer service Vodacom. If the calls are recorded please listen to them to get a horror movie customer service experience.
