Victim of ***** and Vodacom not willing to assist me
I got ****** my ID was in tye bag that was snached they than opened a Vodacom contract using my details. I have numerous times mailed,called and been to Vodacom branch to have my name cleared with no luck. I'm blacklisted and offered to pay because it's now giving me a bad credit record, however vodacom is not allowing me. J have been fighting this since last year. They are telling me it now a ***** case and there's no account li ked to my name hence why I now can't pay it.
I'm so frustrated because I'm unable to do anything 😩

You day the matter had been resolved and closed however my name is still listed on the credit bureau. It's nice that internally you have closed the matter, what matters to me is that you remove my name from the black listing.
