VICK ZUNGU - THE BIGGEST ASSET TO VODACOM

This would have been the worst review ever! My hubby and I were on the verge of cancelling our entire fibre contract because no one actually made the effort to actively call back and work on our activation issues. I was told to be patient because Yolanda will look into it (the Metrofibre consultant). I am still waiting to hear back about what Yolanda actually did. Frustrated as I was, I called again as a final attempt and then the most amazing consultant answered!
