Vetting affects my credit score

In Jan 2016 to apply for an additional line,completed the documents with Marcus. He then advised me that I was moved onto 3d system or something I am not sure. It took Marcus weeks to have the deal approved. After receiving my first reference approval I went back to store and a consultant turned me away stating the message soes not mean anything. On the 15.02.16 Shiela assisted me, she sorted everything and gave me the laptop and the router. Advised me it would take about 24-48hrs to have the sim card activated...weeks has passed and the sim card is still not activated. Last week I brought this to Marcus attention, he advised me that his manager is trying to resolve the issue. 03 March 2016 Marcus called me to advise that the router is activated, tried to use the Wifi and nothing. Last week I returned the router to Marcus for him to sort out.<br> Now I'm getting sms's on a daily basis that vetting has been appoved and its affecting my credit score and I am in the process of applying for a bond.<br> I want these checks removed from my Credit Profile, if not I will return the laptop and take legal action as my house is more important.
