VERY VERY VERY POOR RECEPTION!

Can you PLEASE get the network in Garankuwa (Zone 7) fixed! The reception has become so bad, that it even takes a full 3 minutes to download a 20kb picture and it has officially started to affect the calls! I called about this in the middle of June and received feedback that the cause of the problem is due to the lockdown and people being home. Now, that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. In April, when EVERYONE was home, the network was fine, in May when most people were home the network was fine, the first 2 weeks of June the network was fine, then all of a sudden in mid June, when most people are at work, I'm told the problem is due to lockdown??? Come on! Meanwhile, the MTN network is working exceptionally well even after making a deal to give all Unisa student free data! Talk about your network being congested! Please fix this, it is REALLY frustrating!

That is not true! During level 5 lockdown when EVERYONE was home the network was fast then during level 3 and below when everyone is back at work you want to tell me it's slow because it's congested! Please don't insult my intelligence! And I live in Ga-Rankuwa, the kids there are not learning online so please. My request is simple, cancel my contract so I can go to MTN and get value for what I pay for.
