Very very poor service from Vodacom.Reminds me of my days at MTN!

I upgraded my phone to Iphone6 on 6 Sep 16.After waiting for an unreasonably long time (service failure#1),a person by the name of Thomas picked up and took me through the upgrade process. After several calls to followup (service failure#2) my phone was eventually delivered.I went overseas for 3weeks and upon my return,I enquired at a Vodacom store (The Zone) what my subscription fee would be and I was stunned that it would be R1113.50.I recall asking Thomas specifically what my new subscription fee would be in Oct 16 and he gave me a figure of +- R850.He did not explain that I would have to pay for my existing phone instalment until Jan 17 (service failure#3).If he did,I would not have upgraded the phone as I cannot afford the additional amount.I called from that store to Vodacom and again, waited a long time and the person eventually dropped the call and did not assist me.I then called again numerous times over two weeks and spoke to many people, none of whom took responsibility of the matter to resolve the issues of listening to the call.I spoke to Zama Kubeka, Sthembele Mzazi and the last person was Darryl(service failure#4).I am still waiting for feedback, nobody takes responsibility, nobody provides feedback.Whats worse, there is no platform to complain, you can't send an email to Vodacom either, you have to call the call-centre (service failure#5).I urge you to look at how many times I have called and how long I have held on in the last two months. It reminds me of my days at MTN.That’s the reason I left MTN.Is Vodacom becoming MTN?Vodacom,I would like you to reverse the contract upgrade and to collect the Iphone6 from me as a matter of urgency.
