VERY VERY poor delivery

I ordered a new phone from the Vodacom shop in Canal Walk 16 days ago and still has not received anything. I laid a complaint on hellopeter a week ago with very good responses from Vodacom and the Vodacom shop in Canal Walk. However this is where it ended...promises!! They promises that they will keep me up to date and see what they can do. The manager also told me that they have a turnaround time of 3-7 days. So far a bit off if you ask me as we are on day #16...and counting!!!<br> <br> Five days later I had to go in on my own time to get an update as to how far they are. They did however phone me back to just tell me again that they will see what they can do. The service I have received so far is UTTERLY UTTERLY USELESS!!! I have been a customer, of Vodacom, for 12 years this year. It is absolutely appalling that Vodacom treats customers this bad that has been supporting them for so long!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!
