Very, very Disappointed !!!!!!!

On Black Friday Vodacom had a promotion on their cellphones We where successful with our upgrades and have been trying to get the phones as per Vodacoms acknowledgement Every department or person we have contacted have promised facilitating the delivery but over 2 months and still nothing. Absolutely disgraceful and frustrating Why can’t the person in charge just do the correct thing ??????
