Very very bad service - Vodacom Tzaneen

I have been struggling to get either one of the Vodacom shops to send my phone in for repairs. Lifestyles' system is blocked (I went there yesterday) and Vodacom Mall (just came from the mall) only has one lady who works with it that tjaila at 17:00. Been to Vodacom shops for 3 days in a row now! This is utterly ridiculous! They are very quick to collect their money or sell you something, but when you need their assistance, this is the service you get!!
